Social Media Strategy for Preservation + Reuse

In 2011 I'm going to find the answers to questions such as: What's the real reason to use Architizer? How can a design firm take advantage of Foursquare? Are blogs really the new white paper? The foundation of my social media strategy for the new Preservation + Reuse practice at Perkins+Will is right in social media's sweet spot: building a brand and making connections in the community. The target audience is not just developers and potential clients, but also others that have their finger on the pulse: active urbanists, preservation advocates, and adaptive reuse fans.

Social Media Strategy for Frosty Ogre

Frosty Ogre, a new player in the graphic novel arena, is looking to promote and sell their first publication. I'm currently formulating a social-media based strategy to establish an online presence, capture an audience, and drive traffic to the Ogre's Kickstarter page. Taking full advantage of Kickstarter's multimedia capabilities will have a large role in acquiring funding for printing and production costs, and the outreach strategy revolves around a "behind-the-scenes" look at the process of creating a graphic novel. I also designed their identity and website.
